This fabulous 4-bedroom villa is located very close to Villas Witsend and Red Bay, in a quiet coastal area in Karsiyaka.
Villa Aroha is beautifully furnished to ensure your comfort. The open plan living area has a large fitted kitchen, with a lounge and dining area leading through patio doors to a spacious terrace. The terrace, with scented jasmine has dining furniture for 8. Recently, wrought iron trellising and gate have been added for your safety.
The private garden is beautifully planted, with a large 10x5 metre swimming pool and a built in barbeque. Upstairs is a further terrace with barbeque. There is a good selection of sun loungers for your enjoyment. This villa has a wonderful ambience and views up to the Kyrenia mountain range.
There are 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms and 2 twin bedrooms that share a family shower room. There is also a separate guest WC.
Car parking is under a passion fruit shaded carport.
THIS VILLA IS STRICTLY NON-SMOKING.
Just a 2 minute walk from this property will lead you to a pebbly beach, however a little gem of a sandy beach with beach bar/cafe is under 10 minutes walk away too.
