Villa Bally Bay is a tranquil and attractive villa situated in a quiet residential area of similar properties. It is located very close to Villa Witsend , Villa Aroha and Villa Red Bay, in a quiet residential area in Karsiyaka.
The villa is set in an idyllic location with superb sea and mountain views especially from the upstairs roof terrace which will provide unforgettable memories of your visit to Cyprus, particularly the absolutely stunning sunsets.
The villa is beautifully furnished in restful, cool blue colours and the walls are adorned by pictures painted by the owner. The open plan living area has a large lounge, fitted kitchen and dinning area with sliding patio doors leading to an outdoor terrace (with large wooden table and chairs - perfect for eating outside) with steps leading down to the 8 X 4 private swimming pool.
The villa has three air conditioned twin bedrooms and the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and sliding doors leading out to the pool area. There is another bathroom and an additional separate guest WC. The villa is amply equipped to ensure that you have a wonderful and relaxing holiday.
Just a 2 minute walk from the property will lead you to a secluded pebbly beach, however, a little gem of a sandy beach with beach bar/café mainly frequented by locals is under 10 minutes walk away too.
