Villa Deniz features an Ensuite Master Bedroom with patio doors leading onto it's own balacony and roof terrace. Two further Twin bedded rooms with patio doors & individual sun terraces. A family bathroom with Shower, Bath WC & wash hand basin.
There are ceramic floors throughout and the property benefits from Air Conditioning. The lounge has full length patio doors leading out onto the pool and Patio area with Pool shower, sun loungers, patio table and chairs and is complemented with a Stone walled garden with Bouganvillia, Oleander and Conifer bushes, 3 walled Olive trees, Superb Rockery and Fruit Trees.
This Villa is fitted with an electricity meter. Electricity cards are supplied which will provide adequate cover, however additional cards can be purchased if required.
This Villa Owner supports a different charity every year and this year she has donated a 2-week stay to 'Help the Heros'
