Villa Karpasia is located on a select beachside development of 19 other modern detached villas, approximately 7 miles from the country’s historic capital Kyrenia.

Villa Karpasia is only 500 metres away from the 18-hole Korineum Golf and Country Club.

The villa is in a spectacular location. A short walk (less than 5 minutes) down the hill you will find a secluded beach, were there is every possibility you may well swim with turtles.

To the rear there is the spectacular "Five Fingers" mountain range, which give the most fantastic backdrop.

The villa also has the benefits of being a very short distance to the Esentepe Country Club Golf Course. This is a Championship Course of some 21 holes, laid out through Olive trees.

The private pool is set in landscaped gardens with spacious patio areas. The outside living area also consists of a large roof terrace where you can view the most wonderful sun sets, a children’s play area and a boules pitch.

You will also have the convenience of a large gas barbeque to make eating in, a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The accommodation consists of a master bedroom upstairs with en suite bathroom and a walk in shower. Downstairs there are two twin bedrooms with a family bathroom between them.

Also downstairs there is a modern open-plan living space with a full range of amenities, including TV, DVD, water cooler – the list goes on.

This Villa is fitted with an electricity meter. Electricity cards are supplied which will provide adequate cover, however additional cards can be purchased if required.
The villa offers a baby cot and a high chair at no extra cot.
