This popular villa offers spacious accommodation on two levels. Both stylishly and comfortably furnished and is perfect for slipping into Spanish style as with open-plan living and dining room. Tastefully furnished and very well-equipped throughout.
The villa is surrounded by rolling green hills and shimmering sea. The villa is locally known as "La Casa Magdalena", you will see this name on the wall of the villa.
Villa Laura is an excellent choice for families with babies and small children as the villa is fully equipped with baby equipment. The terraces have bolted gates to stop children wandering into the pool area and provides a superb play area for children, all within view of the villa.
The villa has stunning, unobstructed views over a vineyard to the West, mountains to the South and sea to the North, all of which can be enjoyed from the 3 open-air terraces.
It is surrounded by a private, mature, landscaped garden with a 10m x 5m Roman end pool. The location is on the Alsancak/Lapta border, 5 minutes from the nearest beach and 2 minutes drive to the nearest supermarket, restaurant and bar. The fantastic old harbour town of Kyrenia is 15 minutes away.
