This villa is located in Esentepe, Bahceli, ''MAVI'' means blue and when you arrive at Villa Mavi you will understand the inspiration, from your own private terrace the calm blue sea stretches as far as the eye can see, met only by the cloudless blue sky, the perfect backdrop for the occasional tiny fishing boat sailing by and the flora and fauna that surrounds.

A peaceful setting with stunning views of both the Mediterranean sea and green rolling mountains. The song of the birds and the ebbing of the sea rock you gently, broken only by the call for prayer echoing in the distance.

At Villa Mavi you can indulge your hobbies, reading in the warm breeze, painting the surrounding views, cooking Mediterranean cuisine or kicking back with friends in the sun, glass in hand and maybe dancing to your favourite songs.

The Villa itself is bright and airy with air conditioning throughout. Downstairs is an open plan lounge. Two bedrooms, one with double bed and sea view, the other with two single beds and mountain view.

The layout is ideal for a family of four if parents would prefer to be nearer the children at night. There is a shared bathroom with bath and power shower. The kitchen has mountain views and French doors to a rear terrace and is well equipped. Upstairs is the spacious master bedroom, with en suite power shower and a large veranda with spectacular views of mountains and sea and a picture view of the Mediterranean from the moment you open your eyes.

To the front of the villa is large roman end pool, with steps to the shallow end and plenty of room for everyone.
