From the beautiful terrace and balcony, there is a bedroom situated on the first floor, where you can enjoy some wonderful views of the Mediterranean sea and sandy beaches.

The furnishings, combined with plasma TV, give it a soothing atmosphere where you can relax and recover.

Villa Mimosa is set at the hills of Karmi mountain village, only 10 minutes drive away from Kyrenia town centre. It is a spacious villa set on three floors, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

All bedrooms have great sea and mountain views with one of the large bedrooms featuring a private terrace.

When you sit at the large terrace in front of the lounge, you feel as if you are in a little forest surrounded by the old olive and pine trees. The villa's mature garden is 10,800 square feet (1000 square metre).

The roof terrace has one of the best mountain and sea views among holiday villas in Kyrenia.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Mimosa and wouldn’t mind going back. It was the perfect location for us – very peaceful, fantastic views and a gentle breeze to keep us fresh. The house was great. The accommodation was perfect and the grounds and terraces ideal for outdoor living (we ate every meal outside and made frequent use of the barbeque). There were one or two minor irritations with equipment but nothing that spoiled our holiday. The village is lovely (despite all the Brits!!) and it was great to have a restaurant and bar within walking distance. We could have done with a more powerful car to cope with carrying four people up the hills – the supplied vehicle really struggled. The friends who came with us congratulated us on finding Mimosa and we all had a really lovely relaxing time. Can’t wait to go back! "

"Villa Mimosa is a lovely well equipped villa with magnificent views and a garden in which it is wonderful to relax either by the pool or on the garden swing. There is plenty of room for dinning outside and a good barbeque area. It is well up in the local mountains in a delightful little village. There is one small restaurant/bar which is well worth a visit both for the food and also the view of the old castle which is illuminated at night. There is also a small bar which is very much an English pub. There are beaches straight down towards the sea but if you want a quiet one you need to travel some distance either to the Turtle beach which is a long sandy one or the opposite way to small coves which are more stony. The best supermarket is straight down over the main road to the town, turn right on the next main road and it is on the right called LEMAR in less than 1 mile. If you want typical Cypriot food we can suggest the Sevener restaurant which is left along the first main road and is on the left in about 10 mins. Also there is a very rustic looking bar which you pass on the road down from the villa which has an artificial donkey in the car park as well as a real one opposite! You have to visit and ask them to cook, but the meal we had was excellent. For us, it was the best meal of the holiday. "
