This lovely Villa offers you a restful holiday, with the benefit of all amenities within walking distance. Just a few minutes walk from the centre of Catalkoy village, Mountain View is located in a quiet residential no-through road of detached properties and is suitable for families and couples
The Villa is well designed, with a good size kitchen-diner and lounge. Each bedroom benefits from it's own bathroom and air-conditioning and has fly screens throughout.
Outside,to the rear of the property, there is a terrace with access from the lounge and dining area. There is a separate terrace surrounding the swimming pool. The garden and pool are extremely private allowing even the most bashful to don a swimsuit without a care and benefits with a large shaded area for those who wish to stay out of the heat of the sun.
The bedrooms are a king size and a double upstairs; both upstairs bedrooms have private balconies.

Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The twin room downstairs has a seperate shower room.
