This beautiful detached villa is nestled into the hillside on the outskirts of Ozankoy Village with views over Kyrenia harbour and across the sea to the coast of Turkey on a clear day! The property is extremely well equipped with a fully fitted kitchen leading to a dining area overlooking the garden, a lounge with 46" plasma TV and a guest WC.

Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms with en-suite shower room to master, and a further twin bedroom and family bathroom with large walk-in shower. There are private terraces off both double bedrooms that maximise that amazing view.

The garden has everything you need to make alfresco living easy with built in barbeque, covered dining area & bar complete with beer fridge and CD player. There is also a separate childrens seating area so the kids can enjoy their own picnic.

For those of you with little ones, it is worth knowing that there is also a cot and a stair gate at the top of the stairs. The stairs lead down to a seperate hallway, making this easy to close access to make safe for toddlers.

Note: Electricity incorporated within the rental price is an allowance of 350 units per week. This amount is plentiful. Excess units will then be charged at cost and deducted from the security deposit.
