A brand new three bed Penthouse Apartment with stunning full length roof terrace.This incorporates a fantastic pergola and feature stone BBQ for al fresco dining whilst providing spectacular views over both the Mediterranean Sea and Besparmak mountain range.

The apartment has Satellite TV installed with English channels and also comes with a Playstation 2 which will also play your DVD and CD's.Great when the kids fancy a bit of chill out time out of the sun. We have supplied a music docking station including charger which is compatible with all iPod's, MP3 players CD walkmans and mini disc players.

The apartment benefits from a communal pool, a separate children's pool and spacious grounds which provide a safe environment for the younger members of your party. The roof terrace has seating and a BBQ to enjoy al fresco dining whilst providing spectacular views over both the Mediterranean Sea and Besparmak mountain range.

The apartment also comes with the use of the owners membership of a local beach club and its facilities. These include pool, restaurant, tv lounge, gym, quad bikes, paint-balling, watersports and boat trips. The membership provides free entrance for four people and a 20% discount against all purchases.

There is a newly opened spa less than 5 minutes drive away whilst the nearest scuba diving centre is 2 minutes walk from the apartment catering for novice and experienced divers alike.
