The bedsit and the ground floor accommodation have separate access onto the roof terrace.
The lounge in the villa has an air-con unit.
The lounge has a bed settee and on the first floor is a self contained bedsit with bed settee, air con unit, satellite tv, kitchen area with fridge freezer and a shower room.
This also has direct access onto the roof terrace. The bedsit has internal access and a separate external entrance .
