A spacious well designed villa which is a unique setting, wonderful pool area and shaded terraces,500 metres away from the 18-hole Korineum Golf and Country Club.<
The Korinium' Golf Club & Spa Centre, with it's excellent restaurant and bar offering views over the course and down to the sea. The owner will provide golf clubs, available upon request.
Sea Breeze has been decorated to a high standard with it's large open plan lounge-diner and fully equipped kitchen. There are also 2 twin bedrooms with air-conditioning on the ground floor with a bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The master bedroom with air conditioning and ensuite is located upstairs, with a private balcony off the bedroom with views of both the mountains and sea.
The large pool and terraces provides plenty of space to sunbath and chill out with a book or play in the pool with the family. There is also a barbeque for those who like to cook al-fresco.
