Villa Theo is part of Theo’s Club Villas. This group of 4 identical villas is situated in the fishing village of Latchi on the West coast of Cyprus near to the preservation area declared as a National Park, close to the baths of Aphrodite and overlooking the bay of Chrysochous.
Villa Theo has a living room with separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, cooker and washing machine. There are two twin bedrooms, one full bathroom and a master bedroom with double bed and toilet/shower. Doors from the living area lead out to a covered terrace and welcomed garden with private pool, which has two roman steps and Barbeque. The use of a shared tennis court is for the residents of these villas.
Villa Theo is ideally close to the beach and amenities at Latchi and come highly recommended. The villas are available independently, or they may be rented together as a perfect holiday venue for larger groups.
Important Note on A/C: Air conditioning units can be hired locally at 5 Euros per day per unit, providing additional comfort during the hottest parts of the year.
