Villa Theo 2 is part of Theo’s Club Villas 2. This group of 7 identical villas is situated in the fishing village of Latchi on the West coast of Cyprus near to the preservation area declared as a National Park, close to the baths of Aphrodite and overlooking the bay of Chrysochous.

These 7 separately situated identical villas enjoy spectacular views over the coastline and the surrounding countryside. Set in an elevated position in extensive grounds, these villas will allure you with there sense of privacy and tranquility, even though they are only 2km from Latchi. The accommodation in each villa comprises living/dining room, kitchen, one master bedroom with en-suite shower room and two twin singles with a separate bathroom. Outside there is generous terracing surrounding the private swimming pool and barbeque facilities, with garden furniture and sun beds. Each of the properties also has the benefit of pool table, satellite T.V. and washing machine.

Villa Theo 2 is ideally close to the beach and amenities at Latchi and come highly recommended. The villas are available independently, or they may be rented together as a perfect holiday venue for larger groups.

Important Note on A/C: Air conditioning units can be hired locally at 5 Euros per day per unit, providing additional comfort during the hottest parts of the year.
