This beautiful Villa is located very close to Villa Aroha, Villa Hafez and Villa Red Bay. Set in a valley in the quiet Karsiyaka countryside, Villa Witsend commands far reaching views of the surrounding fields and orchards.
The property has been furnished with safety in mind as the owners have young grandchildren. The rear terrace is surrounded by wrought iron balustrades with a gate out to the garden and pool area, along with attractive heavy material shading and curtains, providing a safe area for a child to play out of the sun. There is also a highchair, travel cot and food processor available for use, making this an excellent choice for a young family.
Of course the property is also a wonder adult environment with plenty of different places to either catch the sun or sit and relax in the shade with a book. Even the roof terrace is fully equipped with rattan furniture and a sun canopy. This is an excellent spot to catch the early evening breeze and sunset.
The master bedroom has also recently been fitted with satellite TV.
