This beautiful Villa is located very close to Villa Aroha and Villa Red Bay. Set in a valley in the quiet Karsiyaka countryside, Villa Witsend commands far reaching views of the surrounding fields and orchards.

The property has been furnished with safety in mind as the owners have young grandchildren. The rear terrace is surrounded by balustrades with a gate out to the garden and pool area, along with attractive heavy material shading and curtains, providing a safe area for a child to play out of the sun, or adults to sit and read. There is also a highchair, travel cot and food processor available for use, making this an excellent choice for a young family.

Of course the property is also a wonder adult environment with plenty of different places to either catch the sun or sit and relax in the shade with a book. Even the roof terrace is fully equipped with A table 4 chairs and 2 reclining chairs and parasol. There is also a sun canopy. This is an excellent spot to catch the early evening breeze and sunset.

The master bedroom has also recently been fitted with satellite TV. Master Bedroom has En-Suite Wet room. There is also a seperate Guest W.C.

"The villa was spotless. Excellent villa. We really liked it with the private pool in a secluded area. Wheelchair access everywhere in Northern Cyprus is very poor and this was the only downside of the holiday."
