This lovely, modern villa certainly meets expectations. Villa Zulfa is located up a quiet residential lane surrounded by olive trees on the outskirts of Ozankoy Village.
This villa is everything a holiday home should be; light, airy, specious and very well equipped for relaxed living inside and out.
Four bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (En-suite to master and 4th bedroom), lounge (equipped with sofa bed), dining area, and fully fitted kitchen, this Villa can comfortably accommodate 6-9 people, with 3 single beds in the 4th bedroom. In addition, there is also a childs fold away bed that can be placed in the master bedroom if required.
The private garden features a 10 x 5 metre swimming pool and a large surrounding sun terrace equipped with sun loungers and shades. A balcony surrounds the villa, allowing you to relax in the sun or shade throughout the day and fully enjoy the views to the sea and the mountain backdrop.
There is also plenty of seating for al-fresco dining and a built in BBQ for your use. The large driveway provides ample parking for several cars. High speed wireless internet is available throughout the villa, pool and garden area.
The quaint Village of Ozankoy is only a stroll away and offers a convenience store and butchers along with a number of restaurants offering local and English cuisine. A short drive up the Old Crusader route will take you to the village of Bellapais with its famous abbey. If you enjoy an evening stroll, there are plenty of little roads and tracks to explore at your leisure.
Two mountain bikes are available to explore the surrounding area and local villages
