Your contract is with goNorthCyprus.com Travel Limited.

1 Reservations

Only reservations submitted via our website are accepted.
Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us.

2 Payments

We accept payments by credit card (Mastercard and Visa only) and wire transfer.
Unless otherwise noted, you will be billed the full amount.

You credit card is billed the Turkish Lira equivalent of British Pounds. We use the Universal Currency Converter from xe.com which uses daily live mid-market rates. The charge appears on your credit card under the name "North Cyprus Travel". Note that due to the currency fluctuations from Turkish Lira to your local currency, there might be a small difference.

3 Security Deposit

A security deposit of 100.00 British Pounds will be billed along with the total amount due for rental, car hire and transfers as required. This will held by Amy Villas against the possibility of loss or damage to the property and contents, in excess of general wear and tear. The security deposit will be fully refunded within 10 days of departure subject to a clear inspection. The security deposit is refunded in full in the event of any cancellations.

4 Time of Arrival and Departure

Unless otherwise noted, the property will be ready at 4:00 pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 11:00 am on the departure day.

5 Number of Guests

The number of guests staying in the property is not to exceed the number specified in the booking confirmation. Under no circumstances will any additional guests be allowed to stay without prior agreement and payment.

6 Management Access to Property

We or the owners reserve the right to visit the property at any time to undertake essential maintenance work, pool cleaning, gardening, routine inspections and emergency repairs.

7 Public Services and Liability

We or the owners cannot accept any liability for the breakdown of public services including water and electricity nor in respect of any equipment, plant machinery or appliances in the property.

8 Airport Transfers

You are responsible for informing us about flight delays. Although the taxi driver is likely to wait for you, we cannot guarantee that they will do so. In the event that your flight is delayed and we have not been informed beforehand, and the taxi driver leaves the airport, we are unable to refund your airport transfer cost since we will have to pay the taxi driver.

9 Amendments/Alterations by You, the Client

We will do our best to accomodate any changes but cannot guarantee to do so, as this may depend on the availability.

10 Cancellation by You, the Client

Cancellation of your booking must be done in writing and made by the person who filled the booking form.
The cancellation charges will depend on the time your written notification is received and it will be levied as below:

Airport Transfers  
Transfers combined with villa bookings are refunded
as per the refund structure above.
 
Security Deposit
The security deposit is refunded in full in the event of any cancellations.

11 Cancellation or Amendment by Us, the Company

In the unlikely event that we or the owners have to cancel the accommodation booking, your credit card will be refunded the full amount immediately.

12 Accuracy of Information

All information supplied is correct and accurate to the best of our knowledge. We cannot, however, be held responsible for changes made that we are not made aware of or are indeed beyond our control. All distances and measurements given are approximate and should be used as a guide only.

13 Jurisdiction

This contract is subject and should be interpreted under the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Courts.
