The villa is ideal for year-round stays, equipped with air conditioning units and ceiling fans in all rooms, as well as central heating for the winter months. Please note that all air conditioning units have been recently replaced, and the villa also benefits from a brand-new kitchen and newly renovated bathrooms. Villa Amelia is a wonderful choice for large families or groups.
Outdoors, the villa offers generous space with high-quality garden furniture, including 10 sun loungers, a large dining table with chairs, comfortable sofas, and two large umbrellas—perfect for relaxing and entertaining.
Guests can unwind on the spacious terraces while enjoying panoramic sea and mountain views, with ample space for outdoor dining.
Located in the charming village of Alsancak, the villa is perfectly positioned for a memorable holiday. The area offers a wide selection of restaurants for exceptional dining experiences, as well as beautiful beaches. Villa Amelia is also conveniently close to the Merit hotels, making it an excellent option for guests interested in casino entertainment.
*300 units of electricity per week are included free of charge. Excess usage will be charged at cost and deducted from the security deposit.

My family and I had a lovely relaxing stay in Villa Amelia. The villa is very spacious, clean, and the kitchen is well-equipped and provides plenty of space both inside and out. Our flight to Larnaca airport was delayed by 7 hours so we didn’t get to the villa until after mid-night and couldn’t work out the air-con system. I phoned the property manager around 2am (sorry) and he answered my call straight away and was able to guide me on the air-conditioning system. During our stay he remained in contact with us and was very helpful. The pool is very large and well maintained and cleaned a number of times during our stay. The bedrooms with en-Suit bathrooms are spacious with comfortable king size beds. Separate towels for the beach and pool were also provided. We had an excellent holiday and will return next year to Villa Amelia. Many thanks Helene

My family and I had a lovely 10-day relaxing stay in Villa Amelia. We found this beautiful property well equipped with stunning views reaching out over the town and sea. The very large outdoor swimming pool was excellent, clean, and professionally maintained to a very high standard. Villa Amelia is a spacious, clean, and well-equipped property and provides plenty of space for a large family both inside and out. The fridge was nicely stocked with the necessary items when we arrived, much appreciated after arriving from Larnaca airport, we flew from London. The kitchen is large, well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The double bedrooms with en-Suit bathrooms are spacious with comfortable king size beds and plenty of wardrobe space. The twin rooms were also comfortable with wardrobes and en-suite facilities. The sheets and towels were of good quality and changed regularly. Separate towels for the beach and pool were also provided. Alsancak is a small town in Northern Cypress located on the banks of the Mediterranean Sea. Villa Amelia is accessed by a small road that winds up the hill from the town. We rented a car, but you can also walk if you have the stamina. There are plenty of shops in the town where you can buy groceries and local fresh produce. There are many very reasonable priced bars and restaurants nearby. I think having a rental car is a good idea as it allowed us to explore the villages in the mountains and along the coast. We had an excellent holiday, comfortable and very reasonable priced. We will return next year.
Best Villa we have stayed in, we use Amy Villas every year and this is one of the best villas i could have booked. Everything was clean, the views are breathtaking, it was a perfect family holiday.
We have just returned home after a fabulous holiday in North Cyprus. We loved every single thing about Villa Amelia, such a beautiful villa, great facilities and a swimming pool that I wanted to bring home with me!
