Villa Deluxe is an incredible modern villa located in Kyrenia, Northern Cyprus. Its unique position offers breathtaking views of both the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. At night, you can also admire the magnificent Saint Hilarion Castle, one of the most iconic landmarks of Cyprus, beautifully illuminated on the mountainside.
The villa provides free Wi-Fi with speeds of up to 15 Mbps throughout the property, including the garden (Ethernet connections are also available in the bedrooms). It is conveniently located just a 2-minute drive from the city center and the nearest hospital, and within walking distance of supermarkets, excellent restaurants, clubs, and bars.
The main house is set on a spacious 2-acre plot, surrounded by lush emerald-green lawns and over 30 varieties of fruit trees, offering organic fruits for you to enjoy freely. Near the first-floor entrance balcony, there is a charming small lily pond filled with fish, creating a peaceful space to relax.
In the backyard, you will find an infinity swimming pool (10x5 m, with depths ranging from 1.2 to 2 meters), a hammock under a palm tree, and comfortable cushions for lounging. The villa is located just 40 meters from a semi-private beach. A central air conditioning system is installed throughout the house, including the enclosed ground-floor balcony, which features a dining and seating area—perfect for breakfast and morning tea.
On the first floor, there is a fully equipped modern kitchen, a spacious living room, a laundry room, and a bathroom. The kitchen includes all essentials such as cookware, a mixer, coffee machine, microwave, freezer, oven, and electric stove, as well as an aquarium. The laundry room, which can also function as an additional kitchen, offers extra freezer space, cooking equipment, a washing machine, and a dryer.
The villa boasts an exceptional living room with windows on three sides—one facing the entrance balcony and the others overlooking the beautiful garden and sea. The living room is equipped with a billiard table and a smart TV.
On the second floor, there are two standard bedrooms with double beds and shared separate toilets (without showers), as well as a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom includes ample wardrobe space, a treadmill, and a double bed. All rooms have access to a balcony where you can enjoy stunning views of the Mediterranean and the mountains.
In addition to the main house, there is a guest house in the garden, featuring a double bed, a kitchen with cooking equipment, and a bathroom—ideal for extra privacy.

Note: Security cameras are installed around the property and can be deactivated upon request. Assistance services are available for £120 per week or £25 per day. A house manager is available online 24/7 for consultations and emergencies. If you choose not to use the assistance service, you will need to feed the fish in the lily pond and aquarium yourself (we apologize for any inconvenience).

The place is amazing, much better than expected. Pictures do not do the justice. spacious, clean,safe, with full amenities. House manager was always available and ready to help. We had a fantastic time and hope to make it next year too.
