Villa Magic Sunset is a very well designed spacious villa set on a small cozy comlex in an uphill position and is surrounded by mountsans and nature.
You will appreciate the architecture which has been designed to complement the natural surroundings and creates a unique setting for a holiday house.
There are 3 bedrooms all en suite, two of them are located to the ground floor, while the master bedroom is located to the first floor. There is an access to two huge terraces taking advantage of the amazing views over the costal line. Each bedroom has air conditioning units and fitted wardrobes.
There is a spacious living & dining area which has been completed with coving and spotlights. From the living area is access to a front terrace area, overlooking the beautiful pool and garden area and offers fantastic views to the sea and mountains. Automatic roller blinds with lights can cover the terrace area.
A good size kitchen has modern fitted units, including all appliances and there is a central kitchen island. There is a summer garden house with an automatic shutter system, which also can be used for storage.The spacious garden benefits of a large impressive drive and is now mature with a mix of plants and trees and has an irrigation system.
* Use 300 units of electricity per week for free! Excessive units will incur charges at their actual cost, which will subsequently be deducted from the security deposit.
* We would like to emphasize that our holiday villa strictly upholds a No Smoking and No Pets policy. These policies have been put in place to maintain the pristine condition of our accommodation and cater to the preferences and well-being of all our guests.

We have just returned from a wonderful week in Northern Cyprus. We stayed in Magic Sunset Villa, booked through Amy’s Villas. The villa was amazing with the most sensational sea views. It was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for a weeks self catering stay. We really appreciated the welcome pack to keep us going until we could get to a supermarket and stock up. The reservation through Amy’s Villas was seamless with transport from the airport to the villa & car hire delivered straight to the villa all sorted for us. I also really appreciated the message from Maria, Property Manager, before we arrived on WhatsApp explaining where the key was too. It was nice to have Maria on hand incase there was any problem.
