Within walking distance, you'll find numerous cafes with excellent cuisine, several large supermarkets, as well as a plethora of beaches and a park for leisurely strolls and sports activities.
The villa itself boasts four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room with a fireplace. On the ground floor, you'll find communal spaces: a kitchen and a living room with access to a spacious terrace within an inner courtyard. Additionally, one of the bedrooms on the first floor features a large double bed and is perfect for accommodating elderly guests or children who may have difficulty with stairs.
The second floor is dedicated to a private zone with two bedrooms, each equipped with its own bathroom and wardrobe. Both of these bedrooms have access to separate private terraces offering breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. Another bedroom on the second floor can be used as a second living room, a children's room, or an office. It features a large fold-out corner sofa, a workspace, and an additional smart TV.
The third level boasts two expansive terraces, one of which includes a relaxation area with a hydro and aeromassage jacuzzi and a spacious beach zone. It's the perfect place for unwinding in nature, practicing yoga and meditation. The other terrace features a summer kitchen with a sink and a gas grill, along with a dining area. What could be better than sipping a glass of wine while taking in the breathtaking views of the sea and mountains, surrounded by loved ones, and watching the sunrises and sunsets?
